Tempshifts.com was born out of the need and desire to connect quality workers with businesses in the hospitality/service industry for both long- and short-term employment. Tempshifts.com is for anyone who has experience in the service industry and needs to make an additional income.

Tempshifts.com was designed to help anyone who needs a little extra income to make the rent, car repair, vacation, groceries, power bills, anyone who could use a hand with a little lift in income. It’s also for someone who gets cut/called off from their regular shift and can pick up another shift immediately to make up for the lost income. On the business side, hospitality venues need friendly, outgoing, nice associates for a very busy weekend or large group they are hosting.

A bank clerk finishes their 9am – 5pm shift and has an evening off but needs some additional money to pay some bills. They log into their profile on Tempshifts.com and find a local restaurant had a call off and needed a server.  They review the requirements, click the accept button.

Our goal at Tempshifts.com is to connect on-call temporary workers (gig workers) with businesses in need through an easy-to-use platform.
