Once completed and approved you can search available future shifts and "pop up" needs. Or you can click the "I'm available" button and let people find you for immediate openings that meet your profile.
If a business likes your profile, they will reach out. Once you connect, review the notes, attire, location, rate of pay and shift time - if it all looks good - click the "Shift Covered" button.
For all shifts, future or "pop up", show up on time, in expected attire, with a smile and work hard.

Missed shifts - We realize there are occasions when you accept a shift and cannot make it...things happen and we understand this. Do your best to communicate with the business as soon as you are aware you cannot make the shift.

Follow the instruction to post your needed shifts and positions, including job profiles, requirements, attire, wage, start time, point of contact and anything else you need the shifter to know.
Or once your account is set up and approved search "shifters", check their availability and email them directly for both future and "pop up" shifts.
If you have a call off, post a "pop up" shift and get immediate results to fill your needed vacancy.
Once the shift is picked up, confirm hours and submit payment.
In order to create an open communication marketplace we provide a way for both businesses and shifters to rate and leave comments about their experience.
It is in the best interest of each party to work together for the common good of the guest. For the shifter, they show up on time, work hard and do what is asked of them. For the business, treat the shifter respectfully and fairly, they will return eagerly.
